Pro-lifers must stand up and let their voices be heard Print
Letters to the editor

To the editor:

It was so encouraging to see pro-lifers gather at the corner of Park and Regent Sts. to protest UW Health and Meriter’s plan to create a second-trimester abortion center.

We must not let this center become a reality. I want to encourage all Catholics to join the fight to stop this plan by getting actively involved. Call UW Health and Meriter and tell them how you feel.

Participate in upcoming rallies and vigils. Stand up and let your voice be heard — it does make a difference.

I also plead with Bishop Morlino to lead the charge on this important issue. He deserves our thanks for his pro-life leadership, and I pray he leads the faithful against this new anti-life initiative in Madison.
