To the editor:

After listening to the bashing of the big bad Republicans at my family reunion this last weekend, I feel that I should point out the things you don’t hear on local news.

One is that Wisconsin now has a balanced budget and the other is that all public employees can choose whether or not they want to pay their union dues.

Wisconsin, and other states with common sense governors (Democrat and Republican), won’t go over the cliff with the rest of the country.

Is this terrible! Or what?
