MADISON -- Maureen Arcand's 80th birthday will be celebrated Thursday, April 30, from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. (program at 5 p.m.) at the Goodman Community Center, 149 Waubesa St., Madison (off Atwood Ave., turn at St. Bernard's Church).
Arcand is a longtime member of St. Raphael Parish and is also active in diocese work.
