Holy Week begins on Palm Sunday, April 17, continuing through Easter Sunday on April 24.

Bishop Robert C. Morlino, bishop of Madison, will be celebrating the following Masses and liturgies:

• Palm Sunday/Passion Sunday, April 17, 11 a.m. — Mass with Blessing of Palms and Procession at St. Patrick Church in Madison (begins in narthex adjoining church)

• Tuesday of Holy Week, April 19, 7:30 p.m. — Chrism Mass at St. Maria Goretti Church, Madison

• Wednesday of Holy Week, April 20, 7:30 p.m. — Tenebrae at St. Patrick Church

• Holy Thursday, April 21, 7:30 p.m. — Mass of the Lord’s Supper at St. Patrick Church

• Good Friday, April 22, 3 p.m. —Good Friday Liturgy at St. Patrick Church

• Holy Saturday, April 23, 8 p.m. —Easter Vigil at St. Patrick Church

•Easter Sunday, April 24, 11 a.m. —Easter Mass at St. Patrick Church

• Holy Thursday, April 21, 9:30 a.m. (2:30 a.m. CT) — Chrism Mass in St. Peter’s Basilica

• Holy Thursday, April 21, 5:30 p.m. (10:30 a.m. CT) — Mass of the Last Supper at the Basilica of St. John Lateran

• Good Friday, April 22, 5 p.m. (10 a.m. CT) — Mass of the Lord’s Passion in St. Peter’s Basilica

• Easter Sunday, April 24, 12 noon (5 a.m. CT) — Pope Benedict XVI imparts the traditional blessing “urbi et orbi” (to the city of Rome and the world) from the central loggia of St. Peter’s Basilica
