Diocese responds to lawsuit

MADISON -- From the Diocese of Madison, regarding the recently publicized lawsuit filed against it by Phoenix Fundraising Counsel, LTD.:

"We simply ask that you pray for everyone involved in the recent lawsuit filed against the diocese and that you withhold judgment in this, and every incident, where not all the facts are known to everyone. As a diocese, let us also pray together for a fair and just resolution to this and all legal disputes."

For a spiritual context to this and other struggles, please listen to Msgr. Kevin Holmes' homily from June 29, available online at www.madisondiocese.org
